Ken serves as our Chairman and brings decades of experience relating to remediation, spill response, SPCC Plans, and general spill prevention protocols to the group. Prior to his environmental experience, Ken worked as a geologist and an oil and gas operator for seventeen years. He has used, and will continue to use, his expansive knowledge of the industry and his love for empowering co-workers, while caring for customers, to build businesses that become the very best in the industry.
As the CEO of Rose Rock, Brian leads the day-to-day business and is an integral part in developing company strategy and vision. Throughout his career, he has excelled in almost every aspect of our business; most specifically with site visits for SPCC, SWPPP, and Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments. He has a business degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and brings a wealth of knowledge as an environmental consultant.
Jonathan is our President and has been involved in the environmental consulting and field services business since 2006, supporting oil and gas, industrial and manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, government, and education sectors. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing. Prior to Rose Rock, he was previously a Chief Marketing Officer for an environmental firm based in Oklahoma City.
John is our COO and brings many years of experience in the environmental sector to Rose Rock. He is responsible for the direct supervision of all personnel, active projects, and the implementation of our policies. His expansive knowledge is critical in offering guidance to our employees and clients.
Brian is our CFO and has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 2007. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and has a Master of Science degree in energy management from Oklahoma City University. He worked at Devon Energy Corporation in operation accounting and was previously a controller for a privately owned business based in Oklahoma City.
Linda is our Office Manager and manages all things AR/AP and corporate filings. She has extensive experience in organizing and streamlining back-office support to ensure customer care is the primary focus. She has loved serving the oil and gas and environmental industries her entire professional career.
Brandon is our Director of Waste Operations and has been involved in the environmental field services business since 1994. His experience in handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams for customers results in tremendous value for our entire client base as well as internally with colleagues. Brandon is in charge of the oversite and development of operations, procedures, and programs for our hazardous/non-hazardous waste processing.
As Product Development Manager, Joe brings over thirty years of professional experience to the Rose Rock Team. He has worked with technical staff from some of the largest, most reputable surfactant chemistry manufacturers to evaluate the most environmentally sensible chemical ingredients available for formulators. It was this research that led Joe to the formulation of EcoGreen—Rose Rock’s flagship remediation product.
